Happy Color Land is a coloring application for children that provides digital coloring pages and animations.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of entertainment and creative play.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Happy Color Land, including images, animations, sounds, and design, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content outside of the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
